Over due post

So we had major event in our lives a couple of month ago and I haven't recorded it anywhere. Hayden turned 12 we had a blast at his birthday party. We decided to do something from when we were his age which was ice blocking. No one at the party had ever done it before so it was a lot of fun had by all! We try to do parties at parks where possible his was no exception. After the ice blocking they played football (he invited 15 kids or so) then the presents thing a friendly game of tag and we're done. But that wasn't the most important day of his birthday celebration. Hayden received the Aaronic Priesthood. We were able to skype his grandparents in Australia so they could be a part of this moment. Now he is up and ready for church to pass the sacrament. There are not a lot of deacons in our ward only 4 or 5 so it's especially important for him to be to church and on time. He got his temple recommend and we have some family names he is going to go do with his dad. It seems like life is just flying by. So very proud of my son and the path he's on!!
